Customize Central: WebAudit and Login Pages

FMAudit Central allows you to apply detailed customization to the WebAudit and Login pages.

The WebAudit page adheres to the same hierarchy as the Central account structure. The WebAudit customization may be applied globally or to any parent account, thereby reflecting on all child accounts.

The login page may be customized globally or by parent account, however the destination account id must be included in the URL in order to know which customization to display, otherwise the global customization will be used, i.e. http://www.fmwebaudit.com/FmaCentral2/Default.aspx?Page=ViewAccount.aspx&Account=FMAudit, LLC. This is the case with the {DIRECTURL} place holder used by the Central email templates.

Procedure:
Refer to the included HTML login.html and webaudit.html sample pages located in the default install folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\FmaCentral\CustomPages\Sample

The following place holder applies to the Central login page:

{LOGINBOX} - replaced by the Login box or the Password Recovery box

The following place holders apply to the WebAudit page:

{WEBAUDIT} - replaced by the WebAudit box or by the subnet discovery box

{SUBNETDISCOVERY} - replaced by a link which, when clicked, toggles between the WebAudit and the Discovery control

{PROCEEDLINK} - replaced by a link to the 'proceed' page (configured in the WebAudit settings)

{URLWARNING} - replaced by a warning message, when Central is accessed with a URL different than in the license file

The following folder structure applies to both the Login and WebAudit page:

Create sub-folders named according to the parent account in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\FmaCentral\CustomPages\ folder, i.e. if FMAudit, LLC. is the parent account, create a folder called C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\FmaCentral\CustomPages\FMAudit, LLC Note that periods "." included in the Central account name are not included in the folder name (invalid chars). The login.html and/or webaudit.html page(s) with the customization applicable to the FMAudit, LLC. parent and child accounts should be placed in this folder. Associated images, etc. may be included in this folder but are not required to be.
